专利说明:

The present invention relates to a furniture drive for drawing a movably mounted furniture part in a closed end position relative to a furniture body, comprising: - a driver for retracting the movable furniture part, wherein the driver is at least partially movable along a linear travel path and which with the - a spring device for applying force to the driver in a feed direction, - a damping device for damping a movement of the driver in the feed direction, wherein the damping device has a fluid chamber and a relative to the fluid chamber slidably mounted plunger, - a Flaltevorrichtung which between the plunger and the driver is arranged, wherein the flattening device holds the plunger relative to the driver.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a drawer extension with a furniture drive of the type to be described.
In DE 20 2005 009 860 U1 discloses a closing and catching device for drawers, wherein a coupled with the drawer catch is releasably coupled to a ball head of a coupling rod. The ball head of the coupling rod engages in a receptacle of the driver, wherein the receptacle of the driver elastically expands upon the action of a force exerted on the drawer tensile force and thus releases the ball in an overload case. For this overload clutch, however, there is sufficient space available, because the driver moves in an excessive pulling movement on the drawer in the withdrawal direction and thus increases the distance between the driver and the coupling rod.
Object of the present invention is to propose a furniture drive of the type mentioned, with damage to the furniture drive, in particular the damping device can be prevented in an overload case.
This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent subclaims.
According to the invention, it is thus provided that when a force acting in the direction of pull is exceeded, the plunger can be moved on the catch through an opening of the holding device and thus the catch can be decoupled from the plunger.
In other words, the holding device is designed as a linearly effective overload clutch, which causes a decoupling between the driver and the plunger above a force acting in the direction of pulling force on the driver (ie, when the movable furniture part catapults with excessive manual force or force in the closing direction) so that the plunger moves through such an excessive force on the driver through an opening of the holding device and a continued, non-destructive translational movement of the plunger takes place relative to the driver. Thus, the risk of damage (especially bursting of the damper housing and leakage of a damping medium due to excessive pressurization) can be prevented by a driving into the furniture carcass driver.
It is preferably provided that the plunger is movable even when exceeding an acting opposite to the feed direction force on the driver through a further opening of the holding device and thus the driver can be decoupled from the plunger. In other words, a decoupling of the plunger from the driver can thus be brought about both in a pull-in direction acting in the feed direction and in an extension in the direction of the driver.
The holding device may comprise at least one holding element, which holds the plunger relative to the holding device below a predetermined force on the driver and which above a predetermined force on the driver a non-destructive translational movement of the plunger relative to
Carrier allowed. It can be provided that the at least one retaining element is acted upon by a force accumulator. This energy storage device may be formed, for example, by a mechanical spring element or, alternatively, also by an inherent elasticity of the retaining element.
The drawer extension according to the invention comprises a to be fastened to a furniture body carcass rail and at least one pull-out, which is movably mounted relative to the carcass rail between a closed position and an open position, and a question in question furniture drive for pulling the pull-out in the closed position.
Further details and advantages of the invention will be explained with reference to the following description of the figures. It shows or show:

Fig. 1 shows a piece of furniture 1 with a cabinet-shaped furniture body 2, wherein movable furniture parts 3 are movably mounted in the form of drawers on Schubladenausziehführungen 4 relative to the furniture body 2. The drawers each have one
Front panel 5, a drawer bottom 6, drawer side walls 7 and a rear wall 8. The drawer pull-out guides 4 each comprise a carcass rail 9, which is to be fastened to the furniture body 2 via fastening sections 12a, 12b, at least one pull-out rail 10 displaceably mounted relative to the carcass rail 9, which is to be connected to the drawer side wall 7, and optionally a middle rail 11, which Realization of a full extension of the drawer between the carcass rail 9 and the pull-out rail 10 is movably mounted. Furthermore, the drawer pull-out guide 4 has a furniture drive 13, through which the pull-out rail 10 is retracted towards the end of the closing movement by the force of a spring device 17 (FIG. 2) and this spring-assisted pull-in movement is braked by a damping device 19 of the furniture drive 13.
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of a furniture drive 13 in an exploded view. The furniture drive 13 has a housing 18, wherein a pivotable about a hinge axis 15 driver 14 for releasable coupling with the movable furniture part 3 along a in a longitudinal direction (L) of the housing 18 extending linear travel path 31a (Fig. 3a) is slidably mounted. For applying force to the driver 14 in the feed direction 22, a spring device 17 (preferably with at least one tension spring) is provided, through which the driver 14 or the movable furniture part 3 coupled thereto can be retracted in the feed direction 22. The spring device 17 has a first fastening point 17a, which is connected in the mounting position with a stationary bearing part 23, the second fastening point 17b of the spring device 17 is connected to a bearing 16b of a holding device 16, which is connected to the driver 14 via the hinge axis 15. The holding device 16 has at least one guide element 33, by means of which the holding device 16, together with the driver 14, is displaceably mounted relative to the housing 18 along a guideway 18a. For damping the spring-assisted retraction movement of the driver 14 in the feed direction 22, a damping device 19 is provided in the form of a linear damper with a fluid chamber 20 and a relatively movable plunger 21 in the form of a piston rod. The fluid chamber 20 is formed in a fluid cylinder, which is also in mounting position with one end to the bearing part 23 in connection. The arranged between the plunger 21 and the driver 14 holding device 16 is provided for releasably holding the plunger 21 relative to the driver 14 so that the plunger 21 when exceeding a force acting in the feed direction 22 force on the driver 14 through an opening 24 of the holding device 16 through movable and so the driver 14 is decoupled from the plunger 21.
The holding device 16 has in the figure shown two holding elements 28a and 28b, which define a receiving chamber 26 for receiving a coupling piece 29 of the plunger 21. Via a force accumulator 30, which is formed in the illustrated embodiment as a two holding elements 28a, 28b embracing spring clip made of spring steel, the coupling piece 29 of the plunger 21 is held in the receiving chamber 26 in position. The arranged on the plunger 21 or trained coupling piece 29 has a larger diameter than the plunger 21, wherein the coupling piece 29 held in a normal operation (ie, below a predetermined force on the driver 14) in this receiving chamber 26 of the holding device 16 and thus the coupling between the holding device 16 and the plunger 21 is ensured. When exceeding a force exerted on the driver 14 force in the feed direction 22, the coupling piece 29 of the plunger 21 can move through an opening 24 of the holding device 16 therethrough, so that the driver 14 can be decoupled from the plunger 21. In the embodiment shown, the coupling piece 29 can retract a force acting in the feed direction 22 force on the driver 14 in an escape channel 27 of the holding device 16, wherein a longitudinal direction of the escape channel 27 extends coaxially to a longitudinal direction of the plunger 21. However, this escape channel 27 is not absolutely necessary, for example, it would also be sufficient to let the coupling piece 29 of the plunger 21 proceed from the receiving chamber 26 into a free space present laterally next to the receiving chamber 26.
When exceeding a counter to the feed direction 22 force acting on the driver 14, however, the coupling piece 29 of the plunger 21 can move through a further opening 25 of the holding device 16 therethrough, so that the driver 14 can be decoupled from the plunger 21. In this counter to the feed direction 22 acting overload (ie in an excessive pulling movement on the movable furniture part 3 in the opening direction) moves the coupling piece 29 from the receiving chamber 26 in a laterally adjacent to the receiving chamber 26 existing space and then increases its distance from the holding device 16 Moving the movable furniture part 3, the driver 17 and the plunger 21 are again moved towards each other, so that the plunger 21 retracts into the receiving chamber 26 and the coupling between plunger 21 and fixture 16 is restored.
FIG. 3a shows the furniture drive 13 in a side view, with the driver 14 mounted in the housing 18 being marked with a dashed line. The housing 18 has a linear travel 31a for the movable mounting of the driver 14, wherein the linear travel path 31a is adjoined by a bend 31b, which is provided for the releasable locking of the driver 14 in a prestressed parking position. The driver 14 is thus between the parking position shown, in which the spring device 17 is tensioned, and a retracted end position, in which the spring device 17 is largely relaxed, along the linear travel 31 a movably mounted. The driver 14 comprises a guide pin 14a, through which the driver 14 is slidably guided along the bend 31b and along the linear travel path 31a. Moreover, the driver 14 is provided for releasable coupling with the movable furniture part 3 with a notch 32 which is detachably coupled with a arranged on the movable furniture part 3 coupling pin. Towards the end of the closing movement of the movable furniture part 3 of this coupling pin moves into the notch 32, so that the driver 14 is tilted out of the parking position shown and retracted by the force of the relaxing spring device 17 in the feed direction 22. The driver 14 is pivotally connected via the hinge axis 15 with the holding device 16, wherein a arranged on the holding device 16 guide member 33 along a guide 18 a of the housing 18 is slidably mounted. To damp this spring-assisted retraction movement, a damping device 19 is provided with a fluid chamber 20, wherein the plunger 21 moves in a direction of movement of the driver 14 in the feed direction 22 in the fluid chamber 20 and the movement of the driver 14 is decelerated by a damping fluid located in the fluid chamber 20. When a force acting in the feed direction 22 force is applied to the driver 14 of the plunger 21 is moved through an opening 24 (Fig. 2) and can retract into the escape channel 27, so that the driver 14 is decoupled from the plunger 21. When a counter to the feed direction 22 force acting on the driver 14 is exceeded, the coupling piece 22 of the plunger 21 through a further opening 25 (Fig. 2) of the folding device 16 is moved through, so that the driver 14 in an excessive Zugaus exercise on the movable furniture part 3 also can be decoupled from the plunger 21. FIG. 3b shows the furniture drive 13 shown in FIG. 3a in a perspective view.
Fig. 4a shows the furniture drive 13 in a side view, wherein the plunger 21 is decoupled by exceeding a force acting in the feed direction 22 force on the driver 14 of this. Due to this excessive exertion of force on the driver 14 in the feed direction 22 namely the coupling piece 29 of the plunger 21 has been urged starting from the receiving chamber 26 through the opening 24 into the escape channel 27 of the folding device 16, so that the driver 14 without further relative movement between plunger 21 and Fluid chamber 20 is further movable in the feed direction 22. By a manual pulling movement on the movable furniture part 3, the coupling piece 29 of the plunger 21 can be coupled to the receiving chamber 26 of the folding device 16 again. 4b shows the area circled in FIG. 4a in an enlarged view.
5a shows the furniture drive 13 in a side view, wherein the plunger 21 is decoupled from exceeding this by a force acting against the feed direction 22 on the driver 14 of this. By this excessive application of force to the driver 14 against the feed direction 22 namely the coupling piece 29 of the plunger 21 was moved starting from the receiving chamber 26 through the further opening 25 into a laterally adjacent to the receiving chamber 26 clearance, so that the driver 14 without a further relative movement between plunger 21 and fluid chamber 20 further against the feed direction 22 (ie in the parking position) is movable. By a manual pressure on the movable furniture part 3, the coupling piece 29 of the plunger 21 can be coupled to the receiving chamber 26 of the holding device 16 again.
Fig. 5b shows the circled in Figure 5a area in an enlarged view
In the embodiment shown, the two holding elements 28a, 28b acted upon by a force accumulator 30, said force accumulator 30 may be formed by a mechanical spring element or by an inherent elasticity of the holding elements 28a, 28b. The holding elements 28a, 28b are formed deformable or bendable above a predetermined force on the driver 14 in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the plunger 21 direction, so that the driver 14 can be decoupled from the plunger 21. It is also possible to make the elastic bias of the holding elements 28a, 28b adjustable in the direction of the coupling piece 29. This can be done for example by means of a (not shown here) adjusting screw, by rotation of the adjusting screw, the bias of the energy accumulator 30 and thus the release force of the holding elements 28a, 28b is adjustable.
In the embodiments shown, the damping device 19 has a relative to the fluid chamber 20 slidably mounted piston rod, wherein the plunger 21 is formed by the piston rod. In kinematic reversal, it is also possible to stationarily support the free end of the piston rod in the mounting position so that the fluid chamber 20 (i.e., the damping cylinder) is slidable relative to the fixed piston rod for performing a damping stroke. In this case, the plunger 21 is formed by the damping cylinder.
